Porsche's engineering division has prepared two special models of the Cayenne SUV with plenty of space for two and a roaring 2,4 kW powerplant.

Commissioned about four months ago by Hans-Peter Porsche, this little Cayenne – built on a scale of 1:2 – has many of the original SUV's design characteristics. The golf cart has an exact replica of the Cayenne's front end, mimicking the engine compartment lid, wheel arches and headlights. It even has its very own Porsche logo on the front!

At the rear, although a load space for two golf bags has had to be fashioned, the lights, stainless steel loading sill and exhaust tailpipes add to the characteristic Cayenne look.

Powered by a 2,4 kW electric motor, the golf cart’s chassis and drive technology remain unaltered from the basic vehicle developed by Divaco. It reaches a top speed of 24 km/h and has an approximate range of 30 km.

After the carts were subjected to a series of tests at the Porsche Development Centre, the little Cayennes were shipped off to Majorca, where they will soon be used by the company head at the Alcanada golf course. Before you book one for your estate, though, Porsche has taken no decision as to whether more golf carts will be produced.
