Audi South Africa has confirmed its product plans for the remainder of 2019, revealing it will offer at least seven all-new vehicles (plus at least one facelifted model) over the course of the year.

Of course, the new RS4 Avant and RS5 Sportback have already hit local shores, while the Q8 flagship SUV has also just touched down.

That leaves the second-generation A1 Sportback, which is expected to arrive in the third quarter of 2019. The second-generation Q3, meanwhile, is scheduled to hit South Africa at around the same time.

The third quarter of the year should also see the arrival of the facelifted TT, with the latest-generation A6 sedan and A7 Sportback pencilled in for a local introduction in the final quarter.

Timing for the arrival of the new S6 and S7 Sportback, meanwhile, has yet to be confirmed (although Audi SA has told CARmag.co.za the local market will receive TFSI units and not the recently announced TDI models). The diesel version of the SQ5, too, is unfortunately not on the cards for SA.

Similarly, it’s not yet clear when the Ingolstadt-based firm’s all-electric E-tron crossover is destined to arrive (although last we heard Audi SA was likely to push the launch into 2020). And still no concrete timing on the latest-generation A8 flagship saloon nor the refreshed R8.
