MTM USA has added a third stage to its Audi RS5 tuning offering, pushing peak power to a supercar-rivalling 450 kW.

In addition to this, various suspension and exhaust upgrades are available.

Using the Ingolstadt-based firm's twin-turbo 2,9-litre V6, MTM has fitted a new ECU, a custom turbocharger kit, an uprated intercooler and a fresh air filter. The company has also made revisions to the transmission software.

With these upgrades installed, the RS5’s standard outputs of 331 kW and 600 N.m of torque are increased to 450 kW and 820 N.m. This results in a claimed 0-100 km/h time of 3,1 seconds and a claimed 0-200 km/h time of 10,5 seconds, plus a top speed of 320 km/h.

MTM furthermore offers a new exhaust system, complete with volume-control exhaust flaps and three-inch downpipes. For track enthusiasts, a cat- and silencer-free system is available, too.

An adjustable spring kit, which lowers the front suspension by 20 mm and rear by 25 mm, ostensibly improves dynamic prowess. The system works in conjunction with the RS5’s standard damper control.
