The Hyundai Veloster is gaining quite a bit of attention at this year’s SEMA show. First we had the crazy Veloster Grappler concept, then the Veloster N Performance concept and now we have this; the subtle but serious VelosterRaptor N concept.

Assembled by highly-acclaimed Bisimoto Engineering, this custom Veloster boasts a number of performance upgrades including a high-flow exhaust system, revised engine management system, a water methanol kit, high-performance intercooler, high-flow intake, mass airflow modifications and upgraded turbocharger internals by Turbonetics. No changes have been made to the six-speed manual gearbox though an Action Clutch has been fitted for good measure.

The above modificaitons grant the Veloster N an additional 34 kW (205 kW to 239 kW), with the final product being dubbed a “[Honda Civic] Type R Killer”.

Exterior upgrades include a set of bespoke Fifteen52 alloy wheels with Toyo tyres and a custom rear spoiler. An Eibach sports suspension lowers the car's profile while improving handling. Tarox ventilated brakes increase stopping power.

Changes to the cabin include a set of lightweight Momo bucket seats up front and a specially-designed interactive OBD cluster mounted to the Veloster N’s centre console.
