Land Rover South Africa has released local pricing for its new Range Rover Westminster and Westminster Black editions.

The Westminster Edition is based on the Vogue trim level and in South Africa ships with the 4,4-litre SDV8 (in standard wheelbase guise). As a reminder, this powerplant offers 250 kW and 740 N.m to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The special model is priced from R2 379 600 (excluding CO2 emissions tax, which should add R18 492) and features 20-inch gloss-silver alloy wheels and satin body-coloured exterior accents.

Inside, the Westminster Edition gains a sliding panoramic roof, a 19-speaker Meridian surround-sound system, a powered gesture tailgate, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, a smartphone pack and a 360-degree camera system.

The Westminster Black Edition, meanwhile, kicks off at R2 406 200 (again, before emissions tax) and adds a black exterior pack and 21-inch black alloys.

As we’ve already reported, the local Range Rover line-up also recently gained new Fifty and SVAutobiography Dynamic Black variants…
