Audi has never seriously toyed with the idea of a commercial vehicle, but this 294 kW RS Q3 concept half-tonne is nevertheless intriguing.
A follow-up to the RS6 bakkie render, the RS Q3 by X-Tomi appears a bit more agile than its V8-powered big brother. The design adopts a shortened cabin with an integrated roof spoiler and a slightly angled C-pillar. We don’t have specifications on bed itself, but based on the concept's profile, it doesn’t look like it can store too much.
Under the bonnet sits Audi’s legendary 2,5-litre five-cylinder delivering 294 kW and 480 N.m of torque to all four wheels via the brand’s seven-speed S Tronic dual-clutch.
Needless to say, this is purely a dream project; it’s highly unlikely that Audi would see a need for this kind of project, yet it’s always interesting to contemplate.
