Ever wish your Ford Ranger looked a little (okay, a lot) more like an F-150 Raptor? Well, a company in Thailand is making a habit of converting the smaller bakkie into a mini-clone of its larger sibling.

Yes, Bangkok-based TTN Hypersport starts with a Ranger and adds a replica F-150-inspired grille (complete with “Ford” lettering and integrated LEDs), headlamps and taillamps. From what we can tell, the tailgate also comes courtesy of the Blue Oval brand’s larger bakkie.

The package also includes a wide body kit (apparently fashioned from polycarbonate and glass fibre), a front skid-plate, vents for the bonnet, chunky side-steps and a range of wheel designs. Oh, and a suspension lift kit is surely obligatory.

From what we can tell, TTN Hypersport leaves the Ranger’s powertrain untouched … so while it looks quite like a small F-150 Raptor, it certainly wouldn’t be able to keep up with the real thing’s turbocharged 3,5-litre V6 petrol engine...
