Audi's popular A3 range will grow as of today when the brand launches a sedan variant. Added to the hatchback, Sportback and cabrio offerings already on the listings this brings the A3 family to four.

The newcomer features sedan-esque three-box styling to accommodate a larger luggage area, but with Audi's typical design cues ie the arching roofline that creates a sleeker look.

At the time of launch three powertrains will be available, two turbopetrols and one turbodiesel. Editor Steve Smith is busy driving the A3 sedans on the media launch today and will report back later this week.
