TechArt, a company best known for tuning Porsches, has undertaken an unusual collaboration with German luxury furniture maker, Rolf Benz, to develop a more powerful, luxurious Cayenne.

The German tuner’s in-house developed Techtronic Powerkit ups the Cayenne Turbo's original power outputs by 67 kW and 130 N.m. of torque to deliver 477 kW and 900 N.m. to its 22-inch Formula V-design wheels. According to TechArt, this modification will see the Cayenne Turbo hit the 100 km/h mark from standstill in 3.7 seconds before topping out at a (electronically limited) top speed of 300 km/h. For increased drama, the valve controlled exhaust system, with its four titanium end tubes and carbon-fibre jacket, will ensure that a deeper V8 burble reaches your ears.

To match the increased power output TechArt has equipped this model with its aggressive looking aerodynamic package incorporating a two-piece front spoiler, carbon-fibre hood with air inlets, a ‘powerful looking’ rear apron, and to finish it off, a roof spoiler lip.

In addition to all this added performance, TechArt has introduced its latest Rolf Benz designed interior. Inside, patterned cloth and a roof lining entirely made of black virgin wool are among the ‘genuine Rolf Benz’ materials. Color-matched leather piping, threads and lacquer are also part of the ultra-luxurious interior.

To finish its latest product off, TechArt has said its Cayenne models’ bicolor paintwork (features here in champagne metallic and black) will be coordinated with the Rolf Benz interiors to “conclude into a harmonious look”.
