Ever thought the Mercedes-AMG C63 sedan wasn't quite powerful enough? Well, German tuner G-Power has an answer…

Thanks to the Bavarian company’s V2 turbocharger modification and V4 performance software upgrade, the 4,0-litre V8 situated under this model's orange engine cover now produces a whopping 588 kW and 1000 N.m of torque.

Like the original, drive is still sent to the rear wheels. However, to cope with the 238 kW and 350 N.m increase, the seven-speed automatic transmission has been revised.

Apart from these upgrades, a new intake system, complete with sports filters, has been fitted, too. And an Akrapovič exhaust system adds aural drama to the package.

According to the firm, this model is able to complete the 0-100 km/h sprint in 3,4 seconds, making it 0,7 seconds quicker than the C63 on which it's based. And its top speed? G-Power claims this sedan will reach a maximum speed “beyond 330 km/h”.

To make it look as loud as it sounds, this sports sedan (lowered and riding on 20-inch custom-made Hurricane RR wheels) is dressed in a black, grey and gold finish. The three-pointed star at the front has been blacked out and red accents on the grille and carbon-fibre front splitter add to the sporty persona.

G-Power emblems have been added to the bonnet and tailgate, with a carbon-fibre spoiler also present round back.

How much does all this performance cost, you ask?  Well, for €24 675 (that’s R406 107,91 on top of the purchase price of the base car) G-Power will provide your C63 with this aggressive upgrade.
