Kia has released a pair of teaser images of its new SP Concept, which will serve to preview a new (initially Indian-market) small SUV from the Korean automaker.

The brand will officially unveil the show car at the Auto Expo 2018 in New Delhi in February, describing it as “bold and stylish”.

It says the new model is “inspired by Indian heritage and driven by advanced technology”, adding that the concept combines “sophisticated beauty, breakthrough technology, and high functionality in a small SUV form”.

While Kia has yet to reveal any information about the production version of the upcoming concept, Autocar India reports that it will likely run on a new platform expected to be shared with the second-generation Hyundai Creta (which itself is due in 2020).
