Hyundai has revealed a handful of teaser images (and a video) of the new i30, which is set to be fully unveiled before the Paris Motor Show.

The Korean automaker says the third-generation model "has been designed, developed and tested in Europe".

Although technical details are scarce at the moment, the brand does say that the newcomer will offer "an efficient and dynamic powertrain line-up, state-of-the-art safety and connectivity, and provide excellent value to meet European and global customers' needs".

Peter Schreyer, President and Chief Design Officer of Hyundai Motor Group, adds that the new model will feature the latest version of the automaker's "cascading grille". We can also see that the headlights and daytime running lights have been given the LED treatment.

The new Hyundai i30 will be officially unveiled on September 7, before heading to the Paris Motor Show at the start of October.
